Why should I hire a wedding planner?

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking and there are so many things to think about, a wedding planner can guide you though the process and put things in place for you.
If we have done our job well, our couples should be able to focus more on the romance and fun of their wedding day and enjoy the whole process with their family and friends, without being under pressure of things going wrong on the day.
Day of co-ordination is responsible for the flawless execution of your ready made plans, and responsible for all your suppliers arriving on time directing them to exactly where they need to be.

Do I need a wedding stylist to style and decorate my wedding?
For the same reason you pay a professional to take your photos, hire a hair and make up stylist – you want everything to be perfect.
The wedding stylist should be the dream maker: transforming your dreams into reality.
The stylist job is to get to know your vision and then bring together a good design for you both to work from. Pinterest is an amazing tool to use for idea's and it gives a wedding stylist a platform to work on with you both.
Also a stylist will come in and transform your space just as you envisaged and pack it all down following your wedding day, so you walk in to see your vision created without any stress to you.
How soon should we consult a stylist for our wedding decor?
Ideally once you have chosen your venue is the perfect time to start thinking about what decor you want?
A stylist will firstly want to chat with you about how you want your wedding to look and feel. e.g. (style, colours, flowers, relaxed, formal, cultural aspects).
Any must have elements for your event. e.g. (likes, dislikes, absolutely don't want) what is important to you both?
How the space will be used and of course your budget.
Once you make a start we really do just flow through the process and it is not as daunting as it sounds.

Should I choose a wedding planner and stylist near the location of our wedding?
It makes sense to choose a wedding planner and stylist within you venue's area. They will have a knowledge of the area and most likely your venue.
As experienced wedding planners and stylists, we have a portfolio that includes weddings and events throughout Gippsland and Baw Baw region.
It doesn't matter where you live, we have planned wedding's in our area with couples overseas and interstate as we can conduct our meetings with you via zoom, phone or email if your venue if local but you're not.
