Why should I use a professional wedding planner / party planner?

This is a huge moment and you have one chance at getting it right. Every minute counts in the lead-up to a big occasion and you have enough to do without trying to make things look ‘just right’. That’s where we come in – we are professional event stylists and we can source exactly what you want.

Our job is to bring your vision to life, with suggestions to help you with your initial planning.  Something as simple as a vision board, where you can gather images and ideas that catch your eye. Your board could include themes, colours and décor – from the arbour and seating for your ceremony, right down to the table runners and mood-lighting at your reception. This gives us a feel for your likes (and dislikes) and allows us to create a wedding or special event that comes from your inspiration.

If you’re planning a 21st, 40th or 60th the reasoning is the same. We can work with you to pull together a celebration that will have people talking about it for years to come. Whatever the occasion, we can help with planning and decorating.


We can find our wedding items online. Why would we pay someone to do that for us?

For the same reason you pay a professional to take your photos … you want everything to be perfect. As professional wedding planners and stylists, we will style your wedding ceremony and reception areas to perfection.

Do you really want to spend your precious time on your phone, scrolling through pages and pages of wedding décor, only to be disappointed with what’s in the parcel when it finally arrives? Let us take that on board and leave you to the fun stuff.

We have the experience and knowledge to source specific items that you have chosen if they are not already in our stockpile. We have an extensive range of ceremony and reception pieces and decorative items that are available to hire.


Should I choose a wedding planner and stylist based close to where I am actually getting married?

It makes sense to choose a wedding planner and stylist within reasonable driving distance to your wedding venue. As experienced wedding planners and stylists, we have a portfolio that includes weddings from many and varied locations throughout Gippsland and the Baw Baw region. It doesn’t matter where you live … we can conduct our meetings with you by phone, email and Facebook if your venue is local but you’re not.


How much time should we allow to plan our wedding with you?

We will have an idea of the planning time needed once we have had a chat about what you want. You can engage our full services as your wedding planners and stylists or maybe you want to do the planning and use our services as your wedding stylist. We’re okay with whatever you decide.


Do you plan and style destination weddings?

We are happy to help with planning your destination wedding, but we do not attend interstate or international weddings.
